At Ipswich Pottery Supplies, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because we are a small family-run business with limited hours, our returns process is simple but also limited in scope. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. As a small operation, we cannot carry the costs associated with returning items that were correctly supplied. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund, in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.

4. Proof of Purchase
To process a return or refund, you must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt. Without this, we may not be able to assist you.

5. Timeframe
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging unless they are faulty.

6. Exceptions
Some products, such as clay, glaze, tools, and other consumables, cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are faulty. Special orders or custom items are also non-refundable unless defective.

8. Shipping Costs
If an item is being returned because it is faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a prepaid return label. If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product you purchase from us fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement, or refund.
