A black super fine clay, does not contain Manganese Dioxide. Suitable for fine work in applications across handbuilding and throwing. Avoid clear glazes containing Zinc. Fires charcoal black in oxidation.
Wet to dry shrinkage is 5-6%
Note: For a clear glaze, we recommend AMACO High Fire Sahara Zinc Free. However, please remember to always fire test samples prior to glazing larger pieces as batch recipes can change without notice.
