Refractory Props

These kiln props or posts as they are also called are made from cordierite to resist warpage and thermal shock and are capable of withstanding temperatures up to Cone 10 (2350°F/1287°C).,

Normally use 3 props/posts per shelf-

1inch =25mm 6 round only

2inch=50mm round only

3inch=75mm round only

4inch=100mm round only

5inch=125mm round only

6inch=150mm round only

7inch=175mm round only

8inch=200mm round only

9inch=225mm round only

10inch=250mm round
